Sometimes I think as a seasoned miniaturists, we forget to introduce 'Newbies' to the products we are all familiar with. Today I want to highlight the laser cut products of Jeannetta Kendall. These inexpensive doilies, place mats, table runners and more, are very nice quality and great scale (come in both 1:12 and 1:24). When adding details such as these, your projects truly take on a look of realism that we all strive for. Use on tables, dresser tops, vanities and side tables! If you need them a different color, I have had success using light coats of spray paint, permanent markers and acrylic paint. Don't forget to do the edges!
