Charles Dickens: 'The Toymaker and His Blind Daughter'

Ilustration of the blind girl, and the grandfather in 'The Toymaker and His Blind Daughter' Quote: "There were houses in it, finished and unfinished, for dolls of all stations in life. Tenement houses for dolls of moderate means; kitchens and single apartments for dolls of the lower classes; capital town residences for dolls of high estate." We are all familiar with Dicken's 'A Christmas Carol', 'Great Expectations' and Oliver!', however, he wrote many stories about the struggles of young people. The illustrations for this book about the toymaker are beautiful. Enjoy, ~judy www.justminiaturescale.com
